• Visit gmsupplierdiscount.com to log in or register to create an account. You will need our company’s GM Supplier Company Code, which is: 100734
• To create your account, you will need to fill in an online form with your personal contact information and create a secure password.
• Enter 100734 in the Company Code space. Once you do, you may see a box labeled Company Name, with “Impact Fire Services” in it. Don’t worry about this. Instead, go to an input box labeled Company or Subsidiary. From the dropdown menu, select whether you work for:
  • Impact Fire
  • AI Fire
  • Academy Fire
• Then select Submit.
• You will then receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. It includes a confirmation code you must enter at the GM Supplier Discount website to complete the creation of your account.
• To receive your discount, you will need to provide an Authorization Number at the dealer. The Authorization Number is not the same as the Company Code. To get your Authorization Number:
  • Where the screen says, “Here are the GM Supplier Discount you are eligible to participate in,” select either “GM Supplier Discount” for gas/diesel vehicles, or “EV Supplier Allowance” for electric vehicles.
  • Click Get Authorization Number.
  • Fill in the next online form with the requested personal information. Review and confirm your data, then submit the form.
  • You will then be shown your Authorization Number, which will also be emailed to you. Please make a note of it.
• Print your Authorization Number and take it to your participating GM dealer, along with a copy of your company pay stub, dated within the last 30 days. (For security, GM asks that you remove or cover information from your pay stub except the date, your name and company name.) You will need these when you take delivery of your vehicle.
• Sign your Customer-Dealer Agreement and drive home in your new GM vehicle!
