We offer you a comprehensive range of care management programs to help with complex or chronic medical conditions.
These programs include:
Wellthy: Caregiving support
Wellthy provides support for family caregivers and their loved ones who have special care needs due to a chronic health condition, financial constraints, age (young or old), or certain other circumstances. Available to all employees and their family. Learn more.
Managers: If you have employees who are family caregivers, make sure they know about Wellthy. Direct them to this Care Management Program page for information, and let them know it’s easy to create their Wellthy account. See this guide for more information about signs an employee may be struggling with these issues, and how to connect them with Wellthy.
How to set up your Wellthy account:
- Go to Wellthy’s dedicated AI Fire page: join.wellthy.com/aifire.
- Click “Get Started” to create your account.
- Provide an email address for contacting you, and create a password.
- When asked to verify your eligibility, use this sign up code: aifirecares
- Answer questions about your caregiving situation and any help you may need.
- You’ll be matched with a Care Coordinator who is an expert in needs like yours.
- Schedule an introductory call with your Care Coordinator so they can understand your needs in greater depth.
Your Care Coordinator will further identify your specific needs, build a care plan, and tackle tasks on your behalf (all within the online Care Dashboard), so you can focus on spending quality time with your loved ones.
AbleTo: Coaching to help you cope
Available if enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare medical plan: Feeling stressed, anxious or struggling with coping skills? The AbleTo personalized, virtual behavioral coaching program includes coaching sessions with digital content, combined with activities utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help you feel better soon. Compassionate outreach
Available if enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare medical plan: If you’re dealing with a health situation such as recovering from a hospital stay, managing a health condition or expecting a baby, you may receive a call from a program nurse or advocate to offer additional support. They can help you schedule appointments, enroll you in support programs, help fill prescriptions and answer your questions. Learn more
Teladoc: Prediabetes, diabetes and hypertension (formerly Livongo)
Available if enrolled in any AI Fire medical plan: This program offers you support if you’re diagnosed with prediabetes, diabetes or hypertension, and provides a convenient way to help you manage your chronic condition through an online participant portal.

Available if enrolled in a UnitedHealthcare medical plan: The no-cost Kaia app helps you relieve pain and live healthier with on-demand, personalized support such as tailored workouts, one-on-one health coaching, on-demand pain relief care and much more. Learn more
PreTRM: Preterm maternity support
The PreTRM® Test through Sera Prognostics can help expectant mothers understand their risk of preterm delivery. Performed as a simple blood test, your health care provider will be able to tailor your care as needed to promote the best outcomes for you and your baby. Knowing the risk may also allow someone and their family to plan and prepare.
Available to all employees and family members. Most pregnant women are candidates for the PreTRM® Test.
Sera has a dedicated Patient Access Team that works with expectant mothers to keep them informed through each step of the process. The Patient Access Team will also contact and engage with physicians in the event they need guidance on ordering the PreTRM Test. Learn more
