For 2026, annual contributions to an HSA can be up to $4,400 for self-only coverage and up to $8,750 for family coverage. (<strong>Note:<\/strong> These limits include not only your contributions but also company contributions in the case of the PPO HSA Plan.)<\/li>\n<li>For the PPO and PPO HSA plans, you can use in-network and out-of-network providers. Keep in mind, you will typically pay lower costs when you use in-network providers.
